So the question was:

{{{{WOWS: What is the price of your stock and how many shares are outstanding ?

Folger: It closed at $0.67 on Monday, March 22 . There are 15.5 million shares outstanding, roughly 10 million of which represent the capital contribution by insiders pursuant to the completion of a Regulation D Rule 504 Private Placement.}}}}

So the people who took place in the 504 PP were considered "insiders" by the president of the company. Does SI frown upon "insiders" posting? Does the SEC? DD is very easy to do from the "inside"

Two basic questions. 1.)How are they going to provide any real buying power? Costco and BJ's buy in bulk and they sell in bulk that is how they reduce costs by reducing packaging and display costs. This operation is going to charge 200 to 900 dollars for what??? So that you can buy Kenmores direct from the factory??? What is in it for Kenmore? They will piss off their bulk distributors if they could really get a better deal than costco and this is in the hopes that they still have to compete against all the other brands.
2.) How are they getting all of their financing. If they did their PP's and got about $.40 a share, that means they raised $4 million. They spent that all up in their first deal. How are they buying companies with revenues of $10 million. Additional aquisitions will mean dilution and at $.50 that means you are issuing 20 million shares. You now own 1/3 of what you owned before. Sure the company is bigger but not by much.
