Ramsey,
Well, it is a small world. Been sniffing around WIND for a few weeks trying to understand the business and business model. Agree that management told a coherent story in the CC, and that the Q&A was a little light. I guess we have to accept at face value the CEO's "personal reasons" explanation for why he is quitting. At least he owns a pile of stock. Do you understand the business well enough to explain to me how "run time royalties" are generated, maybe with a little example so that someone who is a little dense like me could understand it? Also, what is it about their product(s) that make it unlikely that someone else with a couple hundred engineers couldn't displace them? Appreciate your insight.

Best regards,
Jim
