I think it very important that John Yeros not have any further involvement with either MDIX or CYMEDIX. I think this last bit of subtrefuge by Yeros—announcing a new CEO for CYMEDIX—with everyone thinking it meant he WAS LEAVING the company, was for me, the last straw. We're all tired of your duplicity.

For whatever reasons—-and I mean no disrespect Mr. Yeros--but the word on the street is that no one likes working under you. Get the picture? Apparently, you're not a good people manager or team player. Combine this with your dubious business acumen and we have a natural disaster that isn't waiting to happen--it's been happening...for the last 8 years. Do us all a favor--step a side. There are a large number of disgruntled stockholders out here that will be at the upcoming shareholders meeting who will be (and have been) vocal about dismissing you.
