GC, The A warrants don't expire until 5/31/01.
The B warrants, when issued, will expire approximately May 2002. The C warrants when issued will expire later in 2002.

Note that the company is NOT saying we MUST exercise the warrants, they are only saying that they recommend we do so. This is understandable, since from their point of view the sooner we exercise them the sooner they will receive more funds. And regardless of how high the stock (and warrants) may go, the company does not receive any additional money if we exercise them later. So they want us to exercise them as soon as possible. But at the moment, it is up to us if we choose to do so or not.

In my view the warrants still offer considerably more leverage than the stock, and I'm holding, not exercising.

ps: Back in February, post 238, you said the company could call in the warrants if the stock price hit $5. I couldn't find that info in any of the Edgar filings I read. Can you please post a source for that?
