Schorr, President of Bioponic International (OTC Bulletin Board: BPON - news), announced today that Carus Chemical Municipal Division of Janesville, Wisconsin, received a 40,000-pound tanker load of liquid zinc sulfate (ZnSO4) delivered to its designated toller. The high-grade zinc sulfate, manufactured at Bioponic's MR3 Division located in Butte, Montana, is intended for use by Carus in its municipal water treatment technology as a corrosion inhibitor to meet rules on lead and copper in drinking water. Zinc sulfate is also widely used as a micronutrient in both plant fertilizer and animal feed.
