Actually, SMTC has announced on several occasions how any engineers have come on board in the 10Q. As an investor with a small amount of knowledge about this company, the fact they were hiring the best engineers, possess platinum management, and have been consistently kicking a lot of money into R&D to produce proprietary products was the main reason I got into them in the first place. Best to all SMTC shareholders, one damn fine company!!! Regards, JB
