Thanks MKTMD. To ithasnospaces, how close are you to Midland/Odessa (probably not that close if you're living in any major population center). Would like to get someone's impression of how it looks.

A lot of talk of the waterpark, but unfortunately that's only a 3-4 month business (although in that period they can bring in $1.5 million which pretty much sustains the park's profitability year-round). Restaurants have supposedly turned around and are finally making money. PS&L, seems like all they're doing is breaking even (pouring any income back into the business). VisionQuest, I have no idea of the profitability there. The Stargates/Heroes have been a black hole, which is why they're closing the unprofitable ones like at Arlington and are hopefully at least breaking even there. NightLife is their bread and butter, but it can't carry the rest of the divisions.

ithasnospaces, I can't do anything about the board. It is what it is.
I also don't have a "moral obligation" to anyone just because I received some shares from the company. I've presented news and info that was passed on to me from the company (which everyone could get from calling from time to time). I am not close enough to the company to give feedback on management skill or lack thereof. I've only spoken with Doug maybe a half dozen times. Never to Grasberger. Once or twice to Jeffrey Thornton. Outside of that, it's been pretty much just with the revolving door of PR guys. Didn't really know about the makeup of the board until I received my proxy statements just like you. And I really haven't had much contact with the company since last year (spoke with Doug the first time in 1999 yesterday).

As far as a "non-descript disclosure", I have explained what I received and why I received it. Don't really know what else I could add.

Gator

Disclosure: I have received 10,000 shares of restricted stock for providing various internet and market related consulting services.
