It works very well. You can wake up in pain, big pain, but within three clicks (5-6 min apart?) you're fine again. It takes at least that long to get a nurse to blow you away. It's so sensible, safe and mature. These pains are so intense that even minutes without relief is literally torture. Yet this time they tortured me for hours. It ended when I got MAD. EVERYONE, including children, should be offered them.
