Buying or selling OTCBB stocks based on charts is a foolish exercise in that the liquidity is not sufficient to create a true market, but merely a notional one. Most, if not all, OTCBB crap is "rigged" in one way or another, due to the lack of information and the lack of liquidity in these names.

Perhaps, if you read through this position paper, you will better understand the value and motivation that people have in bringing these questionable companies into the light.
So far, your threats of lawsuits fro slander and libel, have amounted to nothing, as neither slander nor libel have occurred. The negative information is ZSUN, is just that...information. Information which the company is hiding (lack of filings) or otherwise failing to reveal to investors.
