I heard a rumor that HIVC may be close to getting a patent for their process in the US. If this is true this is very positive because Dr. Skinner's herpes vaccine (which is a similar process) is close to approval in the US and this could bring fast track approval to the HIV vaccine in the US once approved in Russia.
