That link may be may turn out to be one of the more valuable in that it names the Russian agency, Gosstandart, apparently resposible for certifying all sorts of stuff going into the country. And Google has all sorts of into on that agency: google.com If the receipt of certification is also accompanied by a holographed document, then I begin to see why the HGRM contract will become so very, very large. Just for example, check out the tedious certification process described at this site. itaiep.doc.gov trying to find out if in fact the process of gaining certification now requires use of our holograms.
