If that's true, I'll take my nickel. :-)

I'm a big fan of JDN's he's given a novice investor (ME) a lot of good/valuable advice over the last year that I've been involved with TAVA.

However, I find it strange that he would initiate a class action. It was JDN that told me how they usually only hang a black cloud over a stock, and only the lawyers make money.

JDN, I'm not bashing, I think you know I respect you, just curious as to your decision.
