Jim - I believe letters to the private offering subscribers, acknowledging receipt of their Subscription Agreements and checks, were sent out yesterday or Wednesday. The company just signed on with a new transfer agent that will be issuing the certificates "soon," and I'm sure the letter spells out the procedure. Explanation for the delay: The administrative stuff has taken a back seat lately to some major business developments that we'll have to wait to hear about. -Eric
