bald-- intermediate term? about 10 points...maybe as high as 15. ST, its going to go down unless there is a definitive merger announcement. if there is just a spin off announcement, the stock will sell off on the news for a short time then continue the upturn. i simply want to protect my gains and make a little. thats why i am buying puts. good luck to all, trey
