Hi Mike, I found this on Bloomberg: Capitol Securities-does anyone have info on that firm?- issued a strong buy rating on ECRL. They expect EPS of 0.64 for 2000 from a loss in 99. Their 12-month and 24-month price target (using a PE multiple of 30) are 19.2 and 65.7 USD. Following Tom Blakeley (CEO), ECRL has 5 revenue streams: production, consultation, delivery, tracking and revenue sharing on product sales. They have long term contract with their clients (3-year contracts)and pending agreements. Does anyone can provide some client names? ECRL is in the process of applying for listing on the Nasdaq National Market. Does anyone have more info on this? Regards, Richie3 ECRL
