As a shareholder each of us has the right to offer resolutions to change the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws so as to change the number of directors, etc. As has been pointed out previously, the election of the Board is done by the shareholders, the Board appoints the Officers.

It is very unusual that Don has only 900k shares of TSIS and therefore
does not really control the Company. I know before we have tallied our share holdings of SI members and could easily out vote management. I personally know two persons who combined have more that 900k shares.

So if you are serious about more Board members, start doing something about it!
