Royal Int'l Venture cancels options, grants more Royal International Venture Corp RIL Shares issued 3,343,561 May 20 close $0.19 Fri 21 May 99 Mr. Eugene Larabie reports The incentive stock options announced on May 10, 1999 have been cancelled by agreement with the optionees. The company has granted incentive stock options to two employees to purchase a total of 300,000 common shares at 20 cents for two years ending May 21, 2001.
