Hi John, I believe you when you say that your DLJ acct is projecting the div to your acct on 6-30-99, but believe me, there is no way it is going to happen. DLJ has a programing error plain and simple and they are going to have to fix it. Let me try and explain why you won't get the div on 6-30 '1. the Ex date hasn't even been set yet let alone a payable date. 2. Without an ex date there is no way anyone can determine who is entitled to the div. I honestly don't think Mr Tilton is trying to pull a fast one or has deliberately lied in his 5-18 PR. Because of a misunderstanding with the NASD this thing has really gotten out of control. T A P has given out incorrect info on several occassions and again I don't think intentionally but wrong info nontheless. Plain and simple-- One last time--buy and hold before the ex date and you will get the div, sell before the ex date and NO div. Have a good weekend Tony
