DD, What does anything have to do with anything?? Why quote the legal issues involved with Kosovo if you are unwilling to relate them to everyday examples of right vs wrong behavior?? Rather just rely on the Law of the Jungle.... "the strong do what they will, while the weak suffer what they must". I just don't separate everyday personal examples of lawless behavior from international ones. There has to be consistentcy in the general rule of law, from the smallest town to the largest country. It must be nice that you have that ability. Regards, Ron
