Paul and all, re: Anand's K7 blurb,

I think this is a prime example of what happens when a guy breaks an NDA, even if it's just a minor fracture. In an effort to try and "manage" K7 expectations down to a reasonable level, he's caused all sorts of wild speculation, some negative, some positive, some defensive.

I guess that's what happens when people look at the K7 like it's the Second Coming, or people look at the K7 as yet another technology that's DOA. No, it's not that Intel-a-bees are getting nervous (weak INTC stock price notwithstanding). In fact, I think the AMD supporters are just as nervous, if not more nervous. Why? Because the K7 is make-or-break time for AMD, even if the real volumes aren't coming until later.

Oh well, June is only a few weeks away.
