I had not heard about the additional dilution you had spoken of, but I've been away on holiday. Assuming your numbers and conclusions are correct, this would explain the drop in share prices better than the "Buy the Rumor, Sell the news" phenomenon I had attributed it to.

As far as the LAZT management, I've had my doubts well before their botched first press conference. Crazy, may be extreme, but my doubts are growing.
