ARET executed a Letter of Intent with STARUNI (OTC BB:SRUN) to Joint
Venture the Agent's Hotel Guide, Inc. and purchase a 50% interest in
the Agent's Hotel Guide, Inc. ARET recently acquired the Agent's Hotel
Guide, Inc. from Global Datatel, Inc., (GDIS) formally Gold Coast
Resources, Inc. The Agent's Hotel Guide, Inc. in most recent years
lists & advertises more than 10,000 hotels in North America.
STARUNI is a Los Angeles based Internet service provider and Website
marketer with a 56K connectivity that covers most of southern
California. STARUNI provides a wide array of Internet services tailored
to meet the needs of individuals, and business customers. STARUNI is
growing swiftly with more than 2000 customers while simultaneously
seeking to acquire other Internet Service Providers (ISP) and online
companies. STARUNI will develop and manage the Web-Site
The Agent's Hotel Guide, Inc. lists and markets well over 10,000 hotels
in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. It was one of
the most preferred resources available to travel agents for the listing
of hotels when the company was in operation. The Company has not been
in operation for the last three years. The Hotel Guide had a usership
of three travel agents per publication, taking the ad to 150,000 travel
agents nationwide.
