Where did you see halted on VSE? I haven't heard that they were
being delisted from VSE. I do know that they are looking to
change their "headquarters" affiliation to the U.S. I think they
hope that a 20 for 1 reverse stock split and a Silicon Valley
address will help them get back on the NASDAQ.
