Mike,

Is your interest rate view that treasury bonds were short term oversold and this is a technical rally to be followed by another spike up in rates? Then rates will go lower as the weakness in the global economy makes itself clearer? Or is this the beginning of a sustained moved lower in rates on the govt bond?
