Joe -Maybe we can ask for a special class of preferred shares that reflect the assets of the new building here in San Jose. This is going to be an excellent investment for Novell as (1) commercial real estate prices are estimated to increase 30% in next two to three years and (2)Silicon Valley is booming very...very low unemployment and (3) many new and established companies would pay sky high rents and a pretty preminum for the Novell real estate asset.

Yes, a special class of preferred Novell shares for the San Jose real estate asset...a REIT-NOVL class. These shares could pay a dividend and still appreciate 15%-20% <gr>.

Can you believe this...Some of the best announcements for the industry...many in our alliance make several 'press' statements and Novell is not mentioned on CNBC and the stock sells off....Go Figure??
