Maybe we're "close enough", given all the other uncertainty involved in this project. I seem to have been starting from a slightly different point, ie., all shares potentially outstanding on 12/31 vs. 3/31. That's slightly different from the usual approach, I know, which accepts the SEC definition of dilution. Your reading is the usual one, and I will accept it readily.

Now, if that next launch works. . .
