CWEI closed @ 12 5/8, -1/8, Bid 12 5/8 X Ask 12 7/8....Vol 131.2K

CWEI did not trade for the first 90 minutes this morning, and as of about 1:00PM EST, it had only traded roughly 7K shares--so I was very surprised when I returned home after the market closed to find it had traded over 131K shares; on another day of fairly heavy volume. Oil was off again today.

I would appreciate commentary on what you think is going on with the trading--relatively heavy volumes--stock trading close to its near-term low--excellent earnings due out within a week--and now a broker pushing CWEI on cold calls.

Oil $20.11, down 0.38 (CWEI received $18.78 in Q1 1996)
Natural Gas, $1.92, down 0.02 (CWEI received $2.29 in Q1 1996)

CWEI receives a premium for the liquids in its natural gas, on top of
the stated priced.
