Thanks Findstock...of course there are alot of 'ifs' involved in any investment..I must tell you that IF an illegal short position exists in MDIN..make no mistake,and I will not mention this again on this board.. but make no mistake about it ...the short position will have to make an offer WE CAN REFUSE!IF the company does not accept the SEC,and shorts offer,then it's CLASS ACTION BABY.. and whether involved or not our basher buddies will be summoned and if they do not defend in such a suit then their assets are ours by default judgement..last warning boy's,define your agenda...??
