I hate to sound dumb but the foreclosure notice says "certified funds." I have never had a letter of credit, I don't really know what that is. We have $20K in certified checks, one $10K and two $5K. I want another $10k in denominations of $2k. Checks are made out to us, we will deposit what we don't use. I don't intend to go to $300K, but I don't want to deposit more than the 10% in case there is a glitch.
