Think XOMA is very confident and self assured that there have been no leaks about anything. Think it checks with Murphy, and others to see what they know. XOMA then upon finding that none of the people they contact know Jack about what is going on gets even more pleased with itself. From this one could conclude that there is something worth leaking. The act of concealing implies something important, needing concealment. BTW it was my impression that the sloppy, vague way accrual numbers are referred to for the TRAUMA trials indicated something. XOMA intentionally is no longer providing this information as some at XOMA maintain shareholders do not need this level of detail!!!!!!!! Still cannot get over the fact that despite all the explanations saying, institutional investors would not buy under $5 nor before approval we have seen considerable interest by institutions.
