I was on the road all day, saw the high volume with little movement and was a little perplexed. Needless to say, today's action on top of what is great news re: Albertson can only be thought of as disappointing.

Third highest volume day in the past several years. Great news, yet the stock is trading sideways. This stock moved more on an April fools day rumor.

As long as people are going in and out for a penny, even news like the Albertson deal means little. Moreover, keep in mind that the float is greater than 5.7 mm share. Before you flame, remember this.

Back in April when I called the Transfer Agent, their figures indicated 47mm o/s with a maximum of 15 mm in the float. This 5.7mm float figure may be a "trading float" but it appears to underestimate the total float.

You can argue all day long what the numbers really are, but Transfer Agent figures ain't debatable. And that is absolutely axiomatic.
