I've already sent my proxy in NOT voting for Yeros. Here is a guy whose company has performed very poorly, but yet he gives himself a bonus. What gives??

Here is a guy whose warrants/options were set at $1.00 a share, but after the stock drops to the levels it has dropped to, he resets his at 25 cents. What gives???

Yeros needs to go.

The chant at the shareholder meeting needs to be.
"GO GO GO ... YEROS NEEDS TO GO. GO GO GO ... YEROS NEEDS TO GO.
