I don't think GDC does not have a following. The problem I think is 1) at this price management will not sell 2) inspite of everything happening in the network arena, GDC's revenue is essentially flat for the last few years and they have not made any money. So other then Ericsson or Lucent, there are no prospects as far as take over goes. My 2cents worth. Although, I do have sizable investment in GDC which is under water. Same sad story as other GDC investors. Seems only the management is dong OK>
