Unfortunately, no. At this time one can only directly jump back in the Time&Sales window. In order to get to the 5-minute segment in some past date you want to see, you are forced to Ctrl-Left Arrow or to mouse scroll. And you are right, it is tedious. But the request has been submitted many times. You additionally should make the request, as they tally them up in determining priorities.
