Let me try and get you Gill's address. When you get your $35, you really ought to send him and his buddies an extra $5 a share for all the hard work he's done on your behalf.

After all he's probably already got $5-$10 that would have been yours had he not cheated shareholders to cover his own ass.

I hate shareholder suits, and get pissed every time I see the long lists of class action lawsuits trying to line the pockets of lawyers becuase naive investors got stuck with PSFT, COMS, INSO, ALA or so many others at the wrong time.

But this little play by FORE management really sticks in my craw. It's not like they're such a terrific bunch of guys crucial to the success of FORE. They're a bunch of lackluster managers who can't run a company to save their life; who have just tried to cheat shareholders solely for their own benefit.

I say string 'em up, and bring on TLAB/ERICY.

But, like Jach would say: IMO
