You can get the flavor here, then subscribe. Dr. Tracy does not post too often, a post on the NBIX thread would be his most recent comment. Sure seems like an awful nice fellow, so I would not want to hound him with PM's-- he was kind enough to respond to a couple questions regarding my brother's OCD a few weeks ago, but I get the impression that he limits his time on SI. Neuro diseases can be very frustrating and discouraging, don't know if this will be the next hot sector, probably buy and hold is best strategy. NBIX and CEPH are certainly on my watch lists. That said, you can occasionally catch some good hype for a daytrade, NEOTW made me very happy about a year ago--maybe that is what got me interested in the sector.
But getting back on topic... Here is the freebie on Alzheimer's:

The neuros have been a rough sector and nobody is getting rich fast, so has not attracted the daytraders and scam artists. With any luck, one of the several stocks I have will explode someday. The sector certainly has the most upside; I own sibi, ctii, cnsi, and of course ntii --but I don't subscribe to the newsletter, I probably will soon, have not yet got around to it, and the wife keeps my subscriptions fairly limited--no more WSJ or Playboy, working on her however for biotechnav, heheh. |
