BCBob Blacksea made the move into Kern County in a very short time and drilled a well in ten days, if memory serves at all. Is it another shallow well? Follow up on my previous post- There is not a break in the entire length of leases. Some only touch on the corners in the N/W march. From Interstate 5, go East 13 miles on Road 46 and 4 sections straddle the road. These are some distance from the main holdings and were very cheap or showed promise, take your pick. TRIL, in my opinion, really beat the competition in obtaining these leases before the land rush started. For those of you that are not familiar with the area, before water was canaled in, the rattlesnakes and coyotes had a tough time making a living. This is desert and tumbleweed country with searing Summers. George
