Tour of Pyng's Operation - Orders for FAST1 Units and Some Miscellaneous Questions I don't believe that management is anxious to receive specific orders at this time. Orders, in my opinion, could be problematic. Ø The final design is not yet in place. Ø Customers would have a long wait while the design is finalized, the detailed redesign for mass production is complete and the actual manufacturing commences. Ø If ramp up in manufacturing were slow, customers would have further delays, particularly if large orders were received. To my knowledge, management has not received any major orders. For this I am thankful. I don't think we want the possibility of alienating customers by long delays and/or slowly filled orders.
To cover unanswered questions, I will provide specific statement that will address more than one item. Ø Pyng has not initiated a follow-up program to promising potential customers from the 7 binders of list of companies. It is premature to solicit orders at this time. Ø PYNGE was not halted for non-compliance in the U.S. Pyng's representatives in the U.S., AB Korelin & Associates, overlooked the filing of a quarterly report that had been forwarded to them by the company. When the issue came to light, it was rectified immediately. Management will try to determine why the symbol PYNGF has not been restored. Ø To management's knowledge, no competitor has made a major sale of a competing device for use by the military in Kosovo. Enough for now. I intend to clean up the questions in one further post. Thereafter, I will share some personal insights, opinions and decisions. Also, I will answer Stand's questions.
