(Nasdaq: NOVL) today announced the departure of Mary M. Burnside, executive vice president corporate services, as part of a mutually agreed upon separation. Burnside joined Novell in 1988 and held various management positions over the last nine years. She led in the development of systems to outsource product manufacturing and manage fulfillment of product orders to the more than 200 distributors of Novell software worldwide. "Mary Burnside played an important role in managing the manufacture of Novell products as they shifted from a mix of hardware and software products to just software," said Joseph A.
