Nancy,

I agree with you that intel had a hard time so far staying at upper 140's. I also noticed that intel dropped about 6 points last time when earnings were out. However, there was a BIG runup for a few weeks before the earning's day, which sent the stock to 148 from upper 120's. That's what I am counting on for the upcoming earning. But I would not know if history will repeat itself this time and since I bought intc calls at the wrong time when it was traded at 150, I do feel very nervous about it and wants to see if it will shot back to mid 150's(even intraday) for me to breakeven. Of course if that happens 1 week before the expiration, I 'll be in as a bad shape as now. intc did hit 150 briefly last week. I probably should have bailed out.

Thanks for the posting!

BTW, how big a margin do you have to put up before being approved of naked selling of calls and puts? That's very risky for individuals since you could get wiped out if you have one of those eventful days when the underlying moved adversely in a big way.
