Those 233MHz bondi blue iMacs in PC Data's April ranking as well as in mail order catalogs are channel inventory left from December quarter (FQ1) and March quarter (FQ2).

LG only made 266MHz/333MHz flavored iMacs. All 233MHz iMacs were assembled at one of the three Apple manufacturing facilities.

Approximately 25% of the 350k iMacs shipped in Q2 were of the 233MHz variety. Apple did not ship any 233MHz machines this quarter.

233MHz iMacs has been phased out from normal US retail channels for a couple months now. However they were still available from mail order resellers, grey marketers, Costco. It also takes a bit longer to phase them out in some foreign markets. Catalog resellers are usually the last ones to run out of old models but it looks like even these guys are almost all out of 233MHz iMacs. MacMall for example had over 5,000 units of 233 iMacs. As of this morning they had 139 left. Those should be gone by next Tuesday.
