I have wanted this, because the business plans you (Rick) have submitted were ignored. Walter still holds out hope for an NDA, though I can't imagine what he means; no IND, let alone Ph I, nor Ph II, nor Ph III ever having been suggested, nor approved.

It seems to me, because no COO was appointed, that the company will be sold. I expect the offer will be cash value (about $.62 per share) plus some amount for patents and the PMC deal.

Please correct if I have overlooked something. Otherwise - pay me about a buck a share -:)

And stop drubbing Galton. He's just an *ssh*l*-shape in the doorway now.
