This seems to be a delaying tactic. Word on the street is that they bleeding market share (partly to Obsidian's web technology). So... they pre-announce by 6 months a tool with an architecture that is gaining acceptance. Better late than never! Now that begs the question if SFAM will have a web tool in Q3 when will AMAT have their's?
