Hmmm... Interesting equity, that's for sure.. I'm interested in the story behind this stock only because of the recently announced lawsuit by Joseph Charles and Associates.
I chose to post on this otherwise empty thread so that I can post what I find uninterrupted by any banter from other posters. When I've finished, I'll post an appropriate link to the other SI thread.
The first questions I like to answer when I find an interesting OTC-BB company is: Who are the other posters? Who started the thread? What is the general tone of the thread?
To start with, Steven Fruman started both this empty thread and the other active GDIS thread ( exchange2000.com ). Interestingly enough, these are his only posts to SI. I did find that he may have posted under the "Earnings" link for Microsoft, but any record of that seems to have expired from SI's active database(s).
The headers for both SI threads are nearly identical, so I'll presume that Mr. Fruman has prior knowledge from a different SI alias on how to properly cut and paste in the SI editor. Mr. Fruman also did a cut and paste job on the information found at imcadvisors.com . The text is nearly identical between the two sites. I suspect that the Fruman alias is either an (ex-)employee of IMC Advisors, or an (ex-)employee of Martin E Janis & Company (possibly Hal Schweig; Janis & Co was the referenced source in the early GDIS press releases) or an (ex-)employee/principal in Stock Investor Newsletter (see the posts on the other thread #reply-7690825 #reply-7835382 #reply-7840219 #reply-7939465 & #reply-8065805 ). In any case, since Fruman started the thread and never returned, I feel safe in my opinion that he was here for the initial tout only, and therefore any information he offered should be viewed as suspect.
I found a second tout on the thread, one zeldabomb who posted only the press releases from Janis & Co. Her first post was only a scant few hours after Fruman started the thread, so the zeldabomb alias is also likely suspect.
A little further on in the thread we find that the thread is starting to attract some of the usual BB posters. These folks may or may not have made an investment here, but will cheer lead the stock. One should take the cheer leading efforts with a healthy grain of salt.
The tone of the thread is mixed, with some posters warning of a possible P&D in progress, while others seem to enjoy cheer leading the stock. Missing is the usual "go for the jugular" attitude between the longs and the nay-sayers, which indicates a failed effort (on SI) to maintain a high level of interest in the stock.
The GDIS thread over at Raging Bull is apparently much more active, and if there is/was a P&D, it may have occurred there.
