Hewlett Packard just announced after the close yesterday that it is going to buy back 2 billion dollars of its own stock Michael Dell on the other hand sells his stock rather then buys it back. What are the shareholders of Dell supposed to think?? Is Michael becoming an indifferent spoiled whimp?? Frank
