Thank you for the apology and the compliments. I can see where my comment about the ineligible holders getting a few pennies out of it may have sounded like a provocation. I didn't mean it that way either, just poorly chosen words. Let's forget it.

One thing this rights fiasco clearly demonstrates though, once again, is the idiocy of having such a multitude of regulatory jurisdictions as to cause duplicity. And in defense of KOB, the gentlemen I spoke to there seemed genuinely apologetic about this unintended discrimination. I am sure they won't let the "ineligible" rights be blown out to the lowest bidder.
