So, if you were in yesterday, you got this. End of story. This is refreshing and a strong signal from management of a "low hype" approach. If any of you have been following TNRG and the continually delayed TIPS dividend, you know the extreme opposite.

Well done SHAL; I look forward to my new shares and to the many others to follow. Long SHAL and picking up more at these bargain prices....which begrudgingly I have to thank fruitie for.

Sara Hallitex Corporation Announces Dividend and Planned IPO Filing for
its Internet Focus Subsidiary SaraOnline.com, Inc.

The terms and conditions of this SaraOnline.com, Inc. dividend are as follows:

-- Shareholders of Record will receive one (1) share of SaraOnline.com
stock plus one (1) right to purchase (Warrant) an additional share
of SaraOnline.com for each four (4) shares of Sara Hallitex stock
owned as of the record date.

-- The official record date for this dividend will be May 26, 1999.
All Sara Hallitex stockholders of record as of this date will be
eligible for this dividend. To further clarify, all stock purchased
up to the close of trading on Friday May 21, 1999 will be eligible
for this dividend.

-- This dividend is scheduled to be paid on June 4, 1999.
