Dear KLN, If dd only required a call to IR, every stock in the universe would be a screaming buy.
My point was that whenever I dug up info about MGCN or its people, and then called their investor relations to comment, they were never evasive or said, "I can't comment on that." They generally came back each time with even more info than I asked about. This is in sharp contrast to many other BB-OTC company's I've researched, where the IR people were basically employed to read from a script.
My bottom line is that there are many BB firms that are little more than shadowy shell game scams for the pump, dump, & short crowd. Examples are Hitt, and possibly Shal. I supported both stocks when they looked good, but then had to bail when they turned sour. I'm now very gun shy, and don't want to promote a stock unless I'm confident that it is squeeky clean. This goes double for a firm like MGCN, in the field of multilevel marketing, which can be a magnet for scammers.
I'm continueing to pry into the CEO's background, and have started gathering info about the other principals as well. I have not been able to find anything negative about MGCN or its people.
As far as I can tell, MGCN is a tremendous opportunity - ten bucks a share within a few months wouldn't surprise me, and I'd hold out for a whole lot more.
However, KLN, if you or any one else find out any additional info about MGCN and its founders, positive or negative (especially negative), please post it here, because if these guys are not the real deal, I'll be the first one out the door.
