Leisure Canada to be on CNN this Wednesday

CNN International recently featured Leisure Canada on the program
"Fortune", which reached 160 million viewers in Latin America, Asia and
Europe. In addition to key interviews with Leisure Canada management, the
program highlighted Leisure Canada's vision: to create world class destination
resorts in Cuba. As a result, positive feedback is still arriving from around the
globe. We were slated to air on May 5 th, however we were preempted due
to breaking world events.

On May 26th at 8:00pm EST CNN will air this same episode of "Fortune"
across North America( subject to breaking news) captivating 30 million
viewers and exposing Leisure Canada to tens of thousands of potential
investors.

Successful Strategy Execution

* Secured the rights to develop some of Cuba's most desirable water-front
properties.

- Gran Caribe Hotels, the Cuban Hotel company, for the development of four
sites with a total of 11 hotels , two 18 hole championship golf courses, health

division of the famed Forte Hotels, for the design, development and
management of three first phase hotels at Leisure Canada's Jibicoa site.

European PGA, joint venture in place with plans to bring professional golf to

merchandising and T.V. rights.
