Michael, you make some excellent observations... from your post then, you are saying, I believe, that not only if you buy and hold TNRG at the close on May 20th you are guaranteed TIPS (subject to holding the shares through about August) the following unstated statements are ALSO very, very true: if you buy and hold TNRG at the close on May 21st you are guaranteed TIPS (subject to holding the shares through about August) if you buy and hold TNRG at the close on May 24th you are guaranteed TIPS (subject to holding the shares through about August) if you buy and hold TNRG at the close on May 25th you are guaranteed TIPS (subject to holding the shares through about August) if you buy and hold TNRG at the close on June 1st you are guaranteed TIPS (subject to holding the shares through about August) if you buy and hold TNRG at the close on July 1st you are guaranteed TIPS (subject to holding the shares through about August) and so on and so on. So this begs the question: what was the POINT of telling people to buy shares in the retail marketplace ON OR BEFORE MAY 20th (May 17th)? THIS JUST DOESN'T WASH!!! Colin
